  • Class Registration: register for group yoga sessions through an online platform or in-person at the studio.

    Arriving at the Session: participants are expected to arrive 5-10 minutes before the class begins. Please bring a water bottle and wear comfortable yoga clothes.

    Preparation: participants find a spot in the studio and set up their mats. Yoga mats and props (such as blocks and blankets) are provided by the studio, though participants can bring their own.

    During the consultation, the instructor discusses the client's objectives, any specific health concerns or injuries, preferred yoga styles, and scheduling preferences. This helps the instructor to create a customized plan that aligns with the client's goals and requirements.

    2. Setting Goals and Intentions:

    Based on the information gathered during the consultation, the instructor works with the client to set clear goals and intentions for the private sessions. These goals could include improving flexibility, building strength, reducing stress, managing chronic pain, or advancing in specific yoga poses or techniques.

    3. Designing a Tailored Practice: Thepersonalized yoga practice may involve selecting appropriate yoga poses, sequences, breathing exercises, meditation techniques, and relaxation practices. The instructor may also integrate modifications and variations to accommodate any physical limitations or injuries.

    4. Individualized Instruction:

    During the private session, the instructor provides one-on-one guidance and instruction to the client.

    5. Progress Tracking and Adjustments:

    Throughout the sessions, the instructor monitors the client's progress and adjusts the practice as needed. They may modify the sequence, intensity, or duration of the practice to ensure continued growth and adaptation.

Meet your instructor

Kelly Antropov - RYT200

Hi, I’m Kelly. I’ve been practicing yoga for over 11 years. Although my passion for yoga wasn’t love at first sight, that changed quickly after giving birth to my daughters. I realized that I needed a practice that would not only strengthen my body but also slow down my busy mind. For me, yoga delivers exactly that.

I completed a 50-hour Hatha yoga course at Isvara Yoga School in Estonia and a 200-hour yoga teacher training at Mimi Yoga School in Miami. I've been teaching yoga to adults and children since 2022 and I am also a Yoga Alliance certified yoga teacher since 2024.

My goal is to teach yoga both on and off the mat. This means that yoga practice is not only about the physical asanas but also about cultivating a mindset that fosters a healthier and more balanced life.
